Lisa’s in Stitches and The Happy Quilters, Sherman County Historical Museum’s July Artists of the Month, regularly gather in Moro as they create unique works of art with fabric, needles and thread. Through July, quilters, needle-crafters, friends and family members will enjoy the work of Kathy Ahearn, Genevieve Arthur, Penny Eakin, Orice Klaas, Carol MacKenzie, Lisa Shafer and Marlene Wallace. The Museum in Moro is open daily from 10 until 5. There is no admission fee for the Artists of the Month display, the Visitor Information Center and The Museum Store in the Museum lobby.
